Avoid These When You Diet

High sugar and high-fat foods can lead to weight gain and health problems. Therefore, it is preferable to limit foods and beverages high in sugar and fat, such as fast food, sweets, juices, soft drinks and other forms of junk food.

Why juice include too? Even though some are made from fresh fruit juice, juice contains a lot of sugar and high in calories, and most of the fiber is not strained. Juice intake can lead to excessive weight gain. Therefore, juice intake should be limited and we must be encouraged to eat fruits rather than drink juice. We should do these thing:
- We should not have fruit juice at bedtime
- The juice should not be given to infants under 6 months, For our children aged 1 to 6, intake of fruit juice should be limited to four to six ounces per day, For ages 7 to 18, juice intake should be between 8 and 12 ounces per day, All children should be encouraged to eat whole fruits
